Not bad, but quite underdeveloped.

I've always been a fan of art styles and animations deliberately made to look unfinished, so this is right up my alley. This is quite reminiscent of the "I Can't Sleep" series on YouTube, and I like that series already, so I knew the moment I started this I'd like it. I do wish the girls were drawn to look a little more thick, though.

[PAIN GIRL (PILOT)]

Honestly, if the characters weren't so charming design-wise, I doubt this pilot would've gotten as much traction as it did. There's no real narrative to follow, and the main trio's motivations for their actions are very hollow. At least Penni and Cakks have the excuse of being born evil and being a demon, respectively. Tihi had no reason at all to join in on the massacre of those cops.

The idea behind this isn't bad, and the contrast of these cute characters doing horrible, bloody things is nice. But this definitely needs an overarching narrative, as I don't see people tuning in to this, if it's just an episodic series where these girls just go on mindless, violent romps.
